I promised myself I wouldn't go M.I.A for too long on my blog again. Now here I am weeks after my last post finally updating. I mean its summer I shouldn't have excuses, or so I thought. With a new job and summer school a girls got a lil busy. Today I had no excuse not to post, i don't have class or work. So here I am, back filling my wonderful readers in on my slightly interesting life. I have a few post ideas so I'm getting started on those so I can just hit post when I want them up. I love this blog and I'm really going to try to make it the best it can be, thanks for sticking with me all 76 of you! :)
Ok on to what this post is about, MY BDAY! I turned 22 on Monday and after being convinced by my friends and fam, I celebrated it the weekend before in Chicago. It was the most annoying day because of course I waited last minute to find something to wear among other craziness that occured. I was downtown Chicago for hours searching for an outfit and in the end i looooove what i wore. It was my first attempt at color blocking and the whole look is of course via my favorite store H&M. I had the earrings for forever and hadn't worn them it was a complete surprise they went with the outfit. I bought the dress and shoes by faith feeling that somehow it would flow right when i got dressed. When I made it home I saw those earrings and it all clicked! I didn't remember the colors in the earring and luckily like the dress they had pink and orange and like the shoes, royal blue. I had a fashion it was meant to be moment.
For those who might be interested in getting the dress its very low cut and unfortunately i didn't have a deep plunge bra and didn't have the time to go buy one that day. I pinned it up a bit to hide my bra but every so often it would creep out. After all the drama the day brought I had a blast that night. Once we entered the bar I made up my mind I would make the best of it and I'm glad I did.
P.S I didn't have time to take good pics of the outfit so these are all cell pics that i decided i would make a collage out of to make them a little more presentable. HOPE YOU ENJOYED THEM! :)
